Come and enjoy this charming house 5 minutes from the sea! Ideally located not far from the town centre of Trégunc, you will have access to many amenities. You will not be outdone in terms of activities: relaxing on one of the many beaches of the Nevez coast, water sports, visiting the charming village of Kerascoët, tasting oysters in the port of Bélon, etc.. This pretty 90 m² pied à terre has a large garden which you can enjoy all day long thanks to its North/South orientation! You will also have a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Only sheets are provided.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large living-dining room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table for up to 6 guests, a fireplace as well as direct access to the garden through a large glass door.
- An open plan kitchen of 30 m², open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc...
- Bedroom 1: bright bedroom with a double bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, storage space, clothesline and hairdryer.
- Separate WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: two double beds, storage and views of the garden.
- Bedroom 3: double bed, coffee table, storage and garden view.

Outside :
- A garage to store your beach gear.
- A large private garden with trees of 700 m² with a double north/south exposure, so you can enjoy the sun all day long! You will have at your disposal: a hammock and two "fatboy" type cushions to stroll around, garden furniture to rest, a table, chairs and a parasol, a small slide for children, a Weber three-burner barbecue for your land or sea grills, a football goal.

Ideally located at 5 minutes by car from the sea, enjoy a moment of relaxation on one of the many beaches of the Nevez coast or practice water sports in one of the most popular surf spot of Brittany, La pointe de la Torche in Plomeur. Then set off to discover the charming village of Kerascoët, famous for its timeless thatched cottages! Stop at the port of Bélon to taste oysters facing the sea and then continue your journey: between Pont Aven and its artists' galleries, its labyrinth and its farm, walks or bike rides along the coast or Concarneau and its walled city, from where you can go to the magnificent Glénan islands, the choice is vast!

This accommodation is located in a quiet and unoverlooked area only 5 minutes by car from the beach and the town centre of Nevez with all its amenities: market, pharmacy, tobacco shop, bakery, post office and other shops. On the church square, (10 min by car) you will find a Hyper Casino, a Lidl, and the Herlédan Arnaud bakery which makes the best strawberry tarts in Plougastel!
