"Breakfast was very good, and even included in the price. Staff very nice and efficient. The ONLY niggle for me was the EV parking. This was my first trip away with an EV. Picked this hotel as it had a charger on site. But the fast chargers I couldn’t get to work and the slow chargers (x2) had diesel cars parked in front of them as they had disable badges in their windows. Do those drivers not realise that disabled drivers have EV’s too! The hotel could not do anything. This was not their fault. I liked this hotel, and will probably use it again in the future as it was good value for money and really good location! "

"Fantastic stay for a great price. Really handy location easy enough to get into central Cardiff with plenty of things around. From check in staff were friendly & helpful. We stayed in a ground floor room, we were told these ones had recently been refurbished & they were slowly refurbing all rooms. Rooms were compact but had everything needed & were clean. Some of the finishing touches were a bit incomplete but didn’t affect the use of anything. We didn’t get chance to eat in the restaurant but it seemed busy & we were told the food was lovely there. Overall super impressed & would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, though the menu could have had more fresh options. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks. However, the bed was noticeably dented/sagging in the middle, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. A new mattress or at least better support would make a big difference. Overall the property is fine, but the bed quality needs attention."

"Good spacious one bedroom apartment. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but not clear that no bed or sofabed is provided for the 3rd person. Mattress and bedding can be provided for additional fee. Early check in subject to availability. No messages responded to via hotel.com messaging service however when rang apartments directly the member of staff was extremely helpful. Very central and car parking is in multi-storey car park immediately behind apartments for eight pounds for 24hrs and can be paid when checking in. Convenience stores handily below apartment block. "

"The communication was brilliant and personal. The safety of the overall building didnt feel secure but it was okay in the actual room. But the off putting part was the area in which it was situated and we felt vunerable."
