Great place, great view, great location!

Easy check in and check out, great communication, and fantastic little spot right on the water! We enjoyed how close it was to downtown Traverse City, as well as easy proximity to other locations. Nice beachfront, shallow water. Perfect spot for a quick we can get away for a couple.

Great family vacation

The room was clean & roomy enough for the four of us . The beach & water were great. Location was close to a lot of things but also didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere with the beach & pool at the resort.

Bay views are the best views

The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Sadly it was rainy, cloudy and cool. The unit was dry and comfortable. The view was still so pretty!

Our anniversary getaway

Overall this is a great property. Loved the location on the bay and the view. The private beach is a plus. There were some minor housekeeping issues but the property manager was very responsive when they were brought to her attention.

Nice studio

Updated and clean. great location and beach. pool was warm. Bed was comfy but pull out sofa was pretty rough for sleeping. Nice linens. Would stay here again

Details, details

Hotal website gave wrong info on wifi password. A hot tub would be a great addition. A shower near pool would reduce the amount of sand in it.

Nice spot on the East Bay, Traverse City

Condo is in a mixed hotel/condo building. A good amount of families staying here. Small but nice pool and great beach. Condo is comfortable for 2. Doorwall could use some attending too. Good setup overall.

A great getaway

The room is immaculate. If my wife says it’s nice and clean, it’s nice and clean. Sorry we didn’t rent it for a longer period but did manage to rent another unit for several more days. Walking out to the well maintained beach is another bonus. Overall, very pleased!!

Weekend visit

Located right off the main drag. Would have liked to know more details of what all the property included. Didn’t know there was a toaster or a hot plate and that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Needed more towels and soap and coffee to be stocked up.

Enjoyable

Overall the room was great. Stayed here in the past and have always enjoyed it. Everything was great except for the little flies stuck to the upper borders in the bathroom and the shower. My wife was totally grossed out at the sight. It appears that they were not addressed by the cleaning staff. I have a few pictures that I took if you need them.

Great location/bad communication

This was a great location with beautiful views. We had great communication in the beginning, but we ended up forgetting an item at the condo, and we never recieved a response after we reached out mutiple times the day after we left. There are no seasonings. Very basic utensils. And one of the pillow cases looked extremely dirty. There was clean ones available that we did change it out.

BUGS BUGS BUGS GALORE! The room is covered in BUGS!

We stepped into the property & we were immediately met w loads of dead & alive bugs. Owner would not do a thing for us besides refund, STILL WAITING, our housekeeping pee. There were bugs all over doors, windows, and floors. Dead bugs were in the shower. Very gross! This BY FAR outweighed the location & room. We were told the last renter must have left the door open. Well, clearly bugs are a HUGE problem there because there was a "bug catcher" filled w tons of bugs. I have a lot of pictures, too, but, not sure there is a place to post those. Extremely disappointed!

Beautiful Views

Everything was great except the sliding door & screen door to the balcony did not work well. The screen door would not even move and the sliding door got stuck in "divets" in the frame. I could not close it myself, my husband had to, I was not strong enough. Also, could have used some kleenex, other then that, it was beautiful. I hope they fix the door soon.

Could Not Stay Here - Under Construction!!

We rented this place for May 2019 (Anniversary Weekend) well in advance based on the pics (view) and reviews. I kept reading reviews prior to our stay and some were complaining about construction. I contacted the property Manager and she said it was just the outside being worked on and should be done by the time we arrived in May. Well we arrived and it was not done! Construction supplies everywhere; wires hanging in the hallways, bulk of parking lot taken up with debris, siding, wood, insulation, etc... When we entered the unit, (which was really nice by the way) it had no heat or running water. The balcony was not even attached to the side of the building. We immediately called the owner and she said she did not know, as she lives several hours away. How would you not know what is going on in your rental? We were very very disappointed to say the least. We had to scramble to find another place to stay (on the weekend) and ended up at a Budget hotel down the road without a view of the water, but a view of Wendy's parking lot. The owner did refund our money, least she could do. And again, this was a very nice unit, I was really bummed we could not stay there. Communication goes a long way!
