  • A beautiful one bedroom one bath condo located in the new Capri condominiums. Conveniently located on the first floor. There is a king size bed and a pull out sleeper to accommodate 4. Walking distance to many fine and casual restaurants, bars, breweries, beaches, biking and kayaking.There is a small grocery store and meat market just a few minutes walk away. So many fun things to experience in the area. A great place to visit through out the year.

Our 15th Wedding Anniversary Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is close to so many places. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, & even a comedy show! Paula, the host, was great to work with & this was the best stocked place we have ever stayed at!

Amazing Stay!

Could not recommend this property enough. The apartment was extremely clean and in the perfect location blocks from the main downtown area. If we ever come back to TC we will definitely stay here again!

Always a good stay at the Sand and Snow Capri. We like to use the kitchen to make at least home cooked meal while on vacation, and this place has plenty cookware and utensils that make it easy. The convenient location leaves you just a few blocks from front street and downtown and even the Commons is a doable walk. Overall, it’s a very clean, fully furnished, and centrally located stay with respectful neighbors and a host that’s very responsive to your needs. You’ll be hard pressed to find that combo in TC.

Beautiful condo with a perfect location to downtown. Walking distance to many restaurants, brewery’s, and shopping. Great home base to visit many winery’s in the area. Condo was very clean and comfortable with extras. We enjoyed our stay.

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I had a magical time here! Paula's condo is centrally located and within walking distance to downtown and the Commons. Her place was spotless and well furnished with all the towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. We'll be staying here again for sure!

Walking distance to everything!!

We were very happy with the condo, it was comfortable and located perfectly from the main shopping/restaurants. Even with cold and drizzly weather, we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking was convenient, and the location was quiet, in December!
