Equestrian fans are 15 minutes from Horse Shows at Flintfields, while skiers reach Mt. Holiday in 10 minutes. Wineries, golf courses, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore are all nearby, with a grocery store and coffee shop across the street for convenience.

    Other things to note:
    • Minimum age 25, unless with a parent/guardian.
    • One dog allowed, $100 fee.
    • Smart TVs include YouTube TV with 100+ channels, unlimited DVR, and casting via 500+mbps Wi-Fi.
    • Exterior cameras monitor front/side doors for security, no parties allowed.
    • Pack ‘n Play and high chair in primary bedroom closet.
    • Starter pack of kitchen/bath essentials provided.
    • Short-Term Rental License #013538.
    You must be at least 25 years old to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    The Traverse City Noise Ordinance mandates quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am. All guests are expected to honor this local law and be considerate of neighbors. No fireworks are allowed on this property.

    We only allow ONE dog with an additional fee of $100.

    Late checkouts (past the regularly scheduled or prior agreed upon time) will be charged at $1/minute that you remain on the property.

Fantastic

The property was great for a family or 2! King beds in all rooms and plenty of bunk beds for kiddos. Great location as well and you can beat summer weather in TC!

Best Host Ever

I’ve seen many properties over the years and I have to say that this was the absolute best experience. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and we all agreed it was such an easy and seamless process to check in and check out. The property was in great shape and there are zero complaints.

Convenient to everything

Clean, comfortable and stocked with little extras, this house is close to everything from vineyard tours to snow skiing and all the great restaurants and shops on Front street. We had a blast and can’t wait to go back!!

Ringing in the New Year as a Family

This was a great combination of cozy gathering spaces—kitchen table big enough for a large family to eat and play games and enough seating for everyone to watch a movie—and beds for everyone to have a space for themselves to regroup. Location was great for a quick trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Penninsula Park and walking distance to grocery to get supplies we forgot. Would definitely recommend!

The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely soft and uncomfortable. We were asked to put the towels in the washer and start the load, but there were no operating instructions. It's located across the street from a shopping plaza which is convenient but also results in a lot of traffic. I thought that it was over priced when compared to hotels in the area. With that being said it was clean and convenient for a group.

Great place

We had a great time visiting Traverse City for the weekend. We searched out a place large enough for our family of 6 that also had a hot tub and came across this gem! Loved the decor of the house, very modern and up to date. Very clean and had all the amenities. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine! Across the street was a grocery store, which came in handy! We’ll definitely head back to this house when we visit again!

Great stay

Property was clean and great location. Very roomy, large bathrooms and bed rooms if you need to put pack and play for the kids. Easy access to get to town.
