We stayed to attend a wedding. It was perfect for our needs. Cute place, had all the things we needed for a weekend stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend !oh and there a lot cute shops and restaurants just a short walk away

Location location location!

This is hands down my favorite place to stay in Sutton’s Bay. It is so close to everything. Walking distance to so many wonderful bar/restaurants, shops, and the beautiful marina. The house is spacious and clean. Excellent communication from the host. I really cannot say enough.

Perfect Property

This property is located in the heart of Sutton’s Bay. Steps away from the Tart Trail and the beach. It’s a central location so it’s an easy drive to- Northport, Leland, and Glen Arbor, all beautiful locations with Lake Michigan beaches. The host is great with communicating and the home is spotless.

Great stay in Suttons Bay

It was a great stay at this property. The property is located right in the middle of Suttons Bay, a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shop. It is right next to a park with a basketball and pickleball court. The property was comfortable and accommodated our family well. The property host, Marie, was easy to communicate with and provided quick responses to questions. I will definitely stay again.

"Heart of it all" is perfect description

The location is probably best in town. Such an easy walk to anything (beach, ice cream, coffee shop, restaurants). And facing the park was a plus. I wondered ahead of time if noise from pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts might an issue. But inside the house my group couldn't hear any of that activity, and outside we actually loved sitting on the front porch watching people with some greenery in between for privacy. The host Marie also made the whole experience very welcoming. Great communication at time of booking, as date approached, during visit, and after visit. We didn't have any issues but knew whom to call for assistance. House was 100% clean. The king and queen beds we used were more comfortable than at home. Wifi reliable. All kinds of supplies and equipment provided. We especially appreciated many night lights placed throughout. Another plus was layout. The enclosed four seasons room is through the garage, separated a bit from the rest of the house, which would be great for privacy among a group. We used that room for playing a board game together but noticed it as an option for taking a phone call or work or something. We hope to have the opportunity to return!

Perfect Family Getaway

Marie's place is wonderful. We have rented it twice now and will gladly do a third! The house is always super clean and well stocked with the essentials to make cooking in easy. The front and back porches provide great space to read or do remote work. The WiFi is super fast and reliable, too. Also, the garage has plenty of sports equipment and beach gear to help find fun things to do at the local parks. She is a great communicator and host!

Great location

Great location we could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The property had everything we needed. It was nice to have a park right outside the front door and a grill in back to cook. The owner was very responsive.

Wonderful location. Walk to downtown area, great for biking, nice park next door (played some Pickleball. Just a bit dark inside the living room space.

Something for Everyone

This was the perfect location for our family trip! It was close to the Tart Trail for running and biking; and steps from the beach for swimming and kayaking. We enjoyed all of Suttons Bay’s amenities- ice cream, pizza and coffee! We were also able to hop in the car and drive a short distance to Sleeping Bear Nat’l Park, Leland and Northport. Marie was a wonderful host and communication was great. Everyone came home tired and very happy!

Location! Location! Location!

I absolutely loved the location of this house! From the main strip a block away, the beach two blocks away, and the tennis court across the way! We annoyed every room in the house, from the living room to the screened in porch. Marie was a great host and very communicative in every way! The house came with everything we could want - lots of kitchenware, games, and beach accessories. Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus! I will absolutely book Marie’s house again the next time we stay in Suttons Bay!!!

Great stay in Suttons Bay

The property is in a perfect location in Suttons Bay - within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property owner was easy to reach and communicated well before and during the stay. The house was well stocked with beach supplies including a rolling cooler which was very useful. The property was great for supporting remote work during our stay including separate quiet spaces for a few family members to work. The property was clean and comfortable. I look forward to returning next summer for a trip to Suttons Bay.

Best Experience in Suttons Bay Yet!

This was our fourth stay in Suttons Bay and the first at Marie's place - we enjoyed it so much that we are already booked to head back next year! Being next to the park was ideal for our boys - we could see them from the front porch! The back porch was an added bonus to hang out. The garage has an extra fridge and plenty of storage space helped us stay organized going to and from the beach. The bedrooms were spacious with good size closets and nice furniture to keep it from feeling like we were living out of our bags all week. The ranch layout was ideal for our kiddos - it was nice having laundry right off the kitchen. Marie was also super responsive and helpful - a perfect host!

Wonderful Long Weekend in the Heart of Sutton's Bay

My wife and I just spent an enjoyable long Labor Day weekend at Marie's house in downtown Sutton's Bay. Just one block off the main "strip" on a peaceful, quiet street, her home was exactly what we were looking for. Upon our arrival, we found the house to be impeccably clean and all of the appliances and other amenities listed were present and functional. Also of note for us: the comfortable beds and pillows, a well-lit bathroom with strong water pressure and consistent hot water, reliable wifi and good cable channel selection for the two televisions, ample closet space, the large driveway, and a front porch that spans the length of the house. Marie is the perfect host. She was quick to respond and made everything easy. We will be back!
