    Two king beds and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Fully stocked kitchen.



    The Neighborhood:

    This condo is located directly across the street from Michigan's oldest, continuously operated restaurant, and one of Traverse City's favorites, Sleder's Family Tavern. Right next door is The Dairy Lodge, operating since 1958 and is a must during the summertime heat.

Great condo! Was easy to navigate the surrounding areas, has a great tavern across the street and ice cream right next door. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with host was effortless. Parking was nice, pickle ball right across the street. Very well lit nice area.

Very conveniently located. Quick walk to the beach, decent walk to the downtown area. For a little condo, the layout was spacious enough for our family of 6. Our kids loved it. The beds were super comfy and the kids did not mind the pull out sofa. We needed sheets for the pullout and the hosts took care of it very easily. Check in and check out was very simple and there is an off street parking spot, which was nice.

Location is perfect! The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Very clean and has all the amenities. Check in was easy and the owners were quick to reply to my inquiry!I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect location near downtown. Right on US 31 though so road noise is pretty consistent. Also, hospital is nearby so med flight helicopter and ambulance runs were heard at least twice each during our stay. Noise wasn’t so bothersome that I wouldn’t stay here again though. Easy spot within walking distance to many good attractions.

Sister weekend

Our stay was amazing and the property was in a perfect location! We had all the necessary amenities, the beds were extremely comfortable and we liked the security of the building. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Traverse City.

Well equipped condo in a great locale. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay immensely and was able to work remotely with ease.

Great location and space!

Perfect location, easy to get to area attractions. 15 minute walk downtown and very close to walk near the bay, which was great. Plenty of space (large closets!) and comfy beds.
