Welcome to our stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the heart of downtown Traverse City! With its prime location, you'll be just steps away from the city's best restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions.

The Space:
Our condo boasts a modern and stylish interior with comfortable furnishings and top-of-the-line amenities. The open-concept living area features a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy eating area, and a comfortable lounge space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. (paper towel, 4 dishwasher pods, basic dish and cookware is provided)

This condo has a smart TV in the living room. There is no cable provided but you may use your own log ins to access the apps.

The highlight of our condo is undoubtedly the private rooftop patio with breathtaking water views. This secluded oasis is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and take in the stunning sunsets over the bay.

The two bedrooms are comfortable, with cozy bedding and a closet. All linens are provided. You will find one bathroom on the main floor and one on the second. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

Planning on staying a while? No worries, this condo is equipped with a washer and dryer! 4 laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided.

Easy access to Front St., downtown Traverse City, pet-friendly, within walking distance to the bay, parks, restaurants, and shopping. We would ask that ice trays would be provided for guests to use, and we would suggest replacing the ultra-soft/sunken mattesses as suggested in other posts.

Great spot great stay

Visiting my daughter who lives in TC but wanted to be centrally located. Could walk to choice of dining spots and Folgarelli’s was right around the corner. Beautiful space and super clean. Beds were so comfy. Wish the weather could have been more rooftop deck friendly. Will stay again!

Great location

Great location and easy checkin and checkout. Disappointed that we were not told that the heat was not working and had to use a couple space heaters. Also, the property could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom vent was very dusty and so was the kitchen lights. Overall the property was very nice.

This condo is in a great location. In addition, it is new and extremely clean. I would stay here again. (But I would drive a smaller vehicle. Note the length restriction in the listing, as we overlooked it.)

Good location. Easy walking.

Wife and I stayed for a friends birthday weekend. Location was perfect for all downtown activity or up the peninsula. Only issue we had was how cold the property was upon arrival. We were able to adjust and get the temperature up after we got back from dinner. Overall nice stay. Wish we could have taken advantage of the rooftop patio, but the weather wasn’t right for it.

Great location with appreciative detail accents, top line small/large appliances. Floor stair flight to 1st level bit tricky with 1 step edge loose. Remind housekeeping to unplug/refill empty glad aroma socket cartridges.

Perfect for small family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The management team had great communication when needed. The property is at a great location near the downtown of TC, you are literally walking distance; North Peak brewery is a minute walk. The property was very clean with all amenities needed. The garage is an added bonus. We were unable to use it though since our SUV was too wide. I can’t hold that against the rating of the property though. The rooftop entertainment area has good views. We just couldn’t take advantage of it because of the weather in early November with a newborn. It sure looks like it will be great for those summer/early fall evenings/nights. Definitely would recommended staying here.
