Summary:
This beautifully updated second-floor beachfront condo is perfectly positioned on the pristine shores of East Grand Traverse Bay. From your private patio, take in sweeping views of the bay and the sandy beach below. The open-concept design is flooded with natural light, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Relax with your morning coffee or evening wine on the deck as you enjoy the tranquil sound of the waves. Featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry, this condo effortlessly blends comfort, elegance, and convenience.

The Space:
The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV
Large bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in shower.

The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV with streaming service, the sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two more people.

When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).

The Neighborhood:
Want to get out on that gorgeous turquoise water?
Public water access and boat launch with watersports rental right next door!
Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown,
which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is one parking space allowed per condo.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Even though there were a couple small issues when we arrived, management was very responsive and helped correct things within the day. (Cracked toilet seat was a new one) The area and views were incredible, including the one from the back deck! Food was great in all the places we tried. We came up at the perfect time during the fall and would come back without hesitation!
