"The room was large and comfortable. It was clean. The breakfast was very good. It offered omelettes scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, and fruit fruits. You were given a card for a complementary alcoholic beverages at night. They had a complementary shuttle service to downtown Greenville, which we took full advantage of. The drivers Shun and Bill were fantastic."

"No milk at breakfast. I wanted to confirm my method of payment at check out and was told “drop the keys here”. I repeated my request and was told the last 4 digits. I asked to confirm if I prepaid and was told “your card is pre authorized”. I just wanted to switch my credit card but desk staff didn’t want to deal with my request. No receipt was offered either. Also very loud morning staff that would congregate in the hall at 7:30 am. "
