Welcome to a haven of peace in the heart of the Var nature. Here, everything is designed for calm, comfort and authenticity. A warm house, without vis-à-vis, where only the cicadas and the wind in the trees disturb the silence.

An ideal place for a couple, a small family, teleworkers looking for inspiration or lovers of slow living.

🏡 The house

On one level, well thought out and naturally cooled by the ground (up to 10°C less than outside, without air conditioning), the house offers an ideal living environment in summer.

It consists of:
• A quiet master suite, with storage
• A children's bedroom with a mezzanine bed and play area
• A multipurpose room that can be used as a 3rd bedroom (futon), a home cinema room (wall-mounted projector) or a teleworking office (Wi-Fi and Ethernet fiber)

The central living room is open, spacious and bathed in light:
• Fully equipped modern kitchen (Thermomix, coffee machine, robot floor)
• Comfortable living room with large dining table, sofas and view of the terrace
• Laundry room / pantry with washing machine and storage space

🌞 The outside

One of the jewels of the house is its outdoor space:
• A large 70 m² wooden terrace, in the shade of the trees
• A private swimming pool to refresh and relax
• A garden with trees, not overlooked, with a 100% natural environment
• Areas for reading, resting or playing depending on the time of day

The house bears its name for a good reason: the Tree of Peace is a refuge. Here, you can hear the silence. You sleep better. You breathe clean air. You work (or not) in a soothing setting. Read, play, cook, share.

• About 30 minutes from the beaches, 45 from the lakes (Ste Croix or Esparon) or 5 minutes from walks in the forest
• 11 minutes from train stations or big cities if needed
