Small villa located in Piani 24 Trabia area, strategic location is 250 m distant from the beach, in front of Lido Summer, which can be easily reached on foot. Also nearby is the Lido Vetrana. There are numerous restaurants ( il Nespolo, Balistreri, Covo dei Briganti, Lido Vetrana,Trattoria Maccarrone)etc. The cottage is very elegant and furnished in a modern style, offers air-conditioned accommodations, wifi, living room with TV, attezzata kitchen, washing machine,dishwasher, microwave oven, 3 bathrooms one of which has a bathtub, comfortable semi-covered terrace and finally independent uncovered parking for up to 3 cars. It is near the Trabia highway junction, 20 km from Cefalu', 20 km from Palermo, and 60 km from Falcone/Borsellino airport. Transfer services to and from Palermo airport are offered on request, at an extra cost. The house is pet friendly, one small pet is accepted.
