Hi Detlef,I am sorry that there was a delay in my response, but please check your email folder (possibly junk folder) as I did get your complaint via reception and the email response to our thank you letter. I responded earlier today. I can assure you that the bedding was changed and the room thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival as there was an allergy clean performed after the previous residents stayed in that room.
