"The proprty is fantastic for families and pet friendly. The host is very easy to reach and fast and friendly about resolving any issues. There is a park and a grocery store within walking distance. The only warning I have about the property is the stairs at front door are a little steep. But the backdoor has a rail and is easier for those with bad knees, or hips. And the floors squeaks. But this is our second stay and I would highly recommend. "

"This place was perfect for our weekend in Eugene. The apartment was extremely clean and was just what we needed for a quick weekend trip. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, but an easy 10 minute drive to campus. I would definitely stay here again!"
