Are you ready to hibernated in the peaceful side of the Smokies? Bear Paw Retreat is located in the exclusive Stonegate Community. It is only a mile from the Townsend Welcome Center and festival grounds. Beautiful mountain views surround the area.

This new retreat is two stories and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, fully stocked kitchen, great room with electric fireplace, smart TV over the fireplace, and washer and dryer. There is a large back deck with a 4 person hot tub and a beautiful front porch with rocking chairs for quiet meditation and relaxation. The main suite offers a king size bed, large closet, quiet sitting area, and a private bath. The upstairs bedrooms offer queen size beds. There is also a full bath upstairs. There are smart televisions in all bedroom. Bear Paw Retreat comes equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi and YouTube television. The driveway is concrete with plenty of parking for 3 vehicles.

Bear Paws Retreat is closely located to walking and biking trails, as well as, ice cream shops, several tasty restaurants, coffee shops, and local shops. It is just 4 miles from the park entrance, has easy access to Cades Cove, and the River Rat, if you enjoy tubing!

Please note that Stonegate is a peaceful residential community and we ask that you follow all of the community guidelines to ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience.

The following HOA restrictions apply to all guests…

Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No house parties or large noisy outside gatherings that would disrupt the Peaceful atmosphere in Stonegate at any time.

Observe all road signage and speed limits. Stonegate has many one-way streets.

No trailers. No parking on the streets. Please do not feed the bears. Place all trash in bear proof containers. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are prohibited. No pets allowed.

While staying at this home, guests will have access to the Wild Laurel Fitness Center at NO charge, and access to the swimming pool for a small fee.
