Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather. *TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors. *There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

The cabin is very small, one room, the bathroom is also very small. But everything works and it’s pretty comfortable. The bed was great. If you’re looking for a very rustic experience, this one is for you.
I just returned from a 4-day visit at Cades Cove Hide Away, and it was an absolutely wonderful getaway! Nestled among a plethora of trees, the cabin offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, including a cozy fireplace, a relaxing hot tub, and a spacious deck. I slept incredibly well in the king-sized bed, and the TV offered a wide range of options for our entertainment. The cabin itself was very comfortable, complete with easy-to-follow instructions for everything.
The host was exceptionally welcoming and maintained great communication from start to finish. Perfectly secluded for enjoying the peace and quiet of nature, the cabin was also just a 5-10 minute drive from the main town center, which was extremely convenient for any needs that arose during my stay.
Overall, I believe this cabin represents great value for the experience it offers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in nature.
Everything was as we wanted quite getaway. Would really do it again. Cabin is the right size for a close couple. Fireplace dinners, rockers and wine on the deck.
We love the mountains and this little cabin was perfect for us and our dog, Cooper. We loved the location and the cabin itself. It was very clean and cozy. It was nice just to be with each other and enjoy the time we had. We would definitely stay here again.
Easy to book, easy to find & appeared as described. Also, no hidden fees & a great deal!
The local food is also incredibly tasty!! No need to drive all the way out to Pigeon Forge, Maryville, Knoxville or Gatlinburg. Everything you need is within just a few miles.

Property is in a wooded location and has neighbors very close. There isn’t any view to speak of. Property is quiet.
Everything was excellent except the gas fireplace. The pilot light was off when we arrived, the maintenance man came and fixed it quickly. Fast forward 2-3 hours, the pilot light goes out, we were told maintenance would be out in the morning. We never seen anyone for the remainder of our trip and the fireplace never worked again. No follow-up call or anything. Other than that we would stay there again.
We came up here to get married in Gatlinburg, and wanted a place we could bring our dogs. This cabin was perfect, the location is convenient to the Great Smoky Mountain Park, particularly Cades Cove, but also to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is comfortable and rustic, and the private hot tub on the back deck is a nice place to unwind after a day of hiking, shopping or whatever. We highly recommend this place!
The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. The wood was nice inside and the concept was also nice. The pool was nice, and the location is out of town, but close to everything.
Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and the amenities.
