We stayed with our daughter and granddaughter while we were in the area to visit Dollywood. Perfect accommodations, beautifil view ansd a wonderful respite from the busy towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would definitely recommend this property to all looking for a view from the top and the quiet to enjoy it.

Base camp for backpacking

This was great place for our stay. It was very clean, organized and comfortable, and even has a great view from the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the mountains. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with when we contacted them with questions while booking.

Cozy and functional condo!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen worked well and the porch has a neat view! The bedrooms and living room are good-sized and cozy:)

Short but Sweet!

Our stay was short, but sweet! The condo is located in an area that is private with beautiful views and a fantastic patio to sit out on and enjoy them. We had all the comforts inside too. No complaints! We will definitely stay there again if we return.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the Smokies!

The apartment was very clean. Check in was simple and just as the email we had received described it. The kitchen was well outfitted to prepare our meals. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was quality and very comfortable as well The two separate suites were excellent for two couples. The pools were close by and nice after touring Gatlinburg all day. We loved seeing a mama bear and her two cubs from our balcony. It was a great experience and would highly recommend!

Great place

Perfect size for 2 couples. Owner was very responsive when we contacted her with questions. Just far enough away from town to enjoy the peace and quiet but a short drive to downtown. Would recommend this place.

Beautiful Condo Close to the Smoky Mountains

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the perch. The condo was so clean, the complex very quiet and the location was convenient to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The views of Mt. Leconte off the porch were breath-taking. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

The property was everything it said, amazing view and saw black bears every time we went outside and it was awesome!!! The drive up the mountain was a little scary but worth it

The condo was as advertised. It was so peaceful and beds were comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Please follow their directions to arrive safely at the condo....no surprises.

Christmas getaway

I wanted our family to be up higher in the mountain this time and this place provided that for us! Plenty of space! The road traveling to and from also gave us lots of beautiful views! But, don’t be in a hurry, as there are many turns. We, personally, would’ve loved ceiling fans in the rooms, but no deal breaker for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

This chalet is beautiful and spacious. We had a great time. Very clean and beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. I loved that there was a Keurig and kcups available! There were other kind accommodations that we enjoyed!
