This 2 BR/2 Bath one-level cabin offers spectacular views of Rich Mountain and manicured fairways. The large river stone fireplace is the centerpiece of this charming mountain getaway which is only a stones throw from the clubhouse, swimming pool, and restaurant. Whether you are an outdoors man, golfer, or just in need of peace and quiet... look no further. We provide luxury towels and linens to let you know that we appreciate you and want you to feel special in every aspect of your visit to Beech House. The cabin is located in a gated community with access to an 18-hole golf course, pool, gym, clubhouse and just a short drive to Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Foothills Parkway, or the Cades Cove entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Drive a little further and you will find Dollywood which is fun for adults and kids alike. There are swimming holes, hiking trails
and biking trails for the experienced and not so experienced. WHILE STAYING AT THIS CABIN YOU WILL HAVE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND FITNESS CENTER IN LAUREL VALLEY for a small fee.

Smelled of heavy smoke, stained towels that looked like they were not washed, and stains all on carpet. Light bulb in dining room broken and laying over.

This cabin was in terrible shape. The carpet was dirty and had holes and ragged areas. The dishwasher didn’t work. All other appliances were in working condition. More than half the light fixtures didn’t work and we had to buy our own lightbulbs for the dining area light. The towel rack in the main bathroom had been broken and the linoleum was buckling along the edge. The mattress in the bedroom where we slept was stained in almost the entire surface. I have included photos below. The back porch furniture cushions were badly soiled, mildew covered, and torn.While we really enjoyed the location and area activities, the cabin was very disappointing. We will likely visit this area again in the future but will likely not book this cabin again. The management was very sympathetic of our situation. We urged them to remove this cabin from their listing.

It does have nice views of the valley and mountains. The cabin is nicely laid out and has adequate kitchen supplies. However, the carpet is badly stained and has a strong smell to it. There has been a leak near the chimney which has created a musty smell. Several of the lamps were missing lightbulbs or had non-working lightbulbs.I would be willing to rent a different Dogwood Cabin if I could see it first.
