「A wonderful hotel and an exceptional experience was marred by one of the worst breakfast experiences we can recall. Although we arrived in the dining area at 9:15am - still 45 minutes til the end of service, there was little left. No eggs or any side dish. No batter left for waffles. 「コルゲート大学に用事があって利用しました。大学からホテルまでは車で30分程かかりますが、カサノビアという可愛らしいこじんまりとした町（村）に位置しており、目の前は湖で、ゆったりと休日を満喫するには最適だと思います。土曜日は町の中心の広場で、お地元の農家さん工芸家が出展しているマルシェが開かれていました。ホテルのスタッフさんは皆フレンドリーで、レストランでの夕食（有料）も美味しかったです。ワインのラインアップもリーゾナブルな価格で充実しています。残念ながら、時間の都合で朝食（宿泊料に込）は戴けませんでしたが、きっとアメリカの家庭的かつこ洒落た感じだと思います。」
