「Do NOT book this property. ​ We booked a stay at Spencer Bridge By AFL for July 25–26, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, we were left stranded with zero advance notice. ​The host cancelled/refused our accommodation on the very day of check-in without giving us prior warning. 「The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. 」
