It is located 5 minutes walk from Tours train station<br>The accommodation<br>Located on the first floor of a small building in the city center, our duplex has been designed for your comfort.<br><br>The living/dining room will be perfect for you to relax after your beautiful sightseeing! It includes a modern convertible L-shaped sofa, a small pull-out table, a contemporary lamp and a small flat screen.<br><br>The dining area, composed of a nineteenth century table and straw chairs, will allow you to share delicious meals with your friends.<br><br>The kitchen is semi-open and functional. It includes a small worktop, hot plates, a hood, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a teapot, a toaster, a kettle and a washing machine. You will also find a kitchen kit, for the 1st night only: 1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a dish towel for the kitchen will be at your disposal<br><br>You will find a bedroom on the first floor and another upstairs, they include a double bed and two small pedestal bedside tables with light fixtures.<br><br>Bedding and linen (sheets, one bath towel per person, one bath mat) are provided.<br><br>A small bathroom is at your disposal. It has a shower, a vanity unit and a mirror with light fixtures. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only: 1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo as well as a roll of toilet paper.<br><br>You will have private access to a travertine terrace where you can enjoy your meals from the beginning of spring.<br>Traveler access<br>Access is autonomous, the keys will be accessible independently via a key box.<br>Other remarks<br>Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment.<br>We love animals very much but they are unfortunately forbidden in the accommodation for hygiene reasons.<br>Parties and festive events are not allowed.<br>The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.<br>For security reasons, access to the accommodations are under video surveillance<br><br>- Check-in time between 4 p.m. and midnight.<br>- Check-out time until 10 am.
