「Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Also enjoyed the bar at the hotel, the bartender made wonderful espresso martinis! The room was very nice but not very soundproof. It is not the hotels fault but we did have very noisy neighbours which made it difficult to sleep our first night.」

「Some reviews say that the rooms are small and too warm in early autumn. This was not our experience. The room we took was massive - so too the bathroom. The hotel was exceptionally located and easy (very inexpensive) to park. A fantastic experience in a lively area of La Rochelle 」

「Had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was quiet as it was not facing the street but the location of the hotel was perfect since it was on the street with all restaurants and cafés, and just across the streets there are the ferries to the Île de Ré. The staff was superfriendly and helpful and gave me some local tourist information as well. I spent one night only, but can't be happier with the choice of this hotel.」

「Met by a lovely receptionist who came out to help with luggage. Room good size and cleaned to high standard Breakfast was a fabulous contintal with freahly squeezed orange juice. All staff extremelly helpful and offered good advice on where to visit and eat!」
