Tour de Jeanne d'Arc

Fantastic hotel with delightful friendly staff in all departments. The room was imaculate with good air conditioning even when it was 39 degrees outside. There is free water machines on every floor and they provide tea and nespresso making facilities. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Rooms of a good size with desk and tv. The breakfast was superb with soya options, freshly squeezed orange juice, great pasteries and full english. Staff were very attentive and kept it super tidy. The pool is lovely and super safe for children as it has a protective barrier around to prevent little ones getting inside the enclosure. Good location close to the tram, and two supermarkets, fast food and excellent boulangerie near by. Close to major arterial roads. The one thing that was puzzling was that you can link up your device to the tv to watch on a bigger screen by bluetooth/air play but it didn't stay connected. There was also an HDMI socket, but this didn't seem to work and no instructions. But I am being very picky as apart from the heavy footed person above our room, there is nothing to complain about, and the hotel can't solve that one. I LOVED this hotel and hope to return again when we are travelling through the area.

La navette pour l’aéroport est un service payant qu’on peut prendre à partir de l’aéroport et qui arrive à la gare tout près de l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. On peut y entrer 2 avec des valises!
