La marche à pied c’est bon pour la santé !

Arrivé à l’adresse il n’y a personne il faut aller chercher les clés 1 rue de l’orient 31000 Toulouse et revenir ensuite à pied bien sûr ce qui fait 50 minutes de marche aller retour c’est bon pour la santé me direz-vous ! Pour le reste et la nuit pas de soucis ! Puis ce matin j’ai reçu un courriel de l’hôtel le pastel 1 rue de l’orient à 5H03 me demandant de venir finaliser mon enregistrement et donc je suis allé voir au environs de 8H00 et un monsieur m’a accueilli et m’a expliqué qu’il n’étais pas compétent pour m’expliquer de quoi il retournait et que vers 10H00 il y aura probablement quelqu’un qui pourra me renseigner. Sur ce je suis allé prendre mon TGV pour rentrer chez moi !

Très mauvaise expérience, état déplorable. À évite

Cette résidence située quartier Saint Aubin est dans un état très décevant. La réception est située à 1km de la résidence, et une partie des informations communiquée est fausse : je comptais sur une place de parking et un petit déjeuner (évidemment en supplément) mais rien de tout cela possible. Côté état, le studio, malgré un beau sticker « interdit de fumer » sentait horriblement mauvais (tabac froid). Côté propreté, j’ai gardé quelques photos : excréments sur l’abattant des toilettes, crasse partout, taches dans la douche, couverts sales, etc. C’est d’autant plus lamentable que le ménage est facturé au tarif fort. Et pour finir le tableau, le mobilier est en partie cassé. Très mauvaise expérience, état déplorable. À éviter absolument !

Hôtel Horrible.La personne a l'accueil très désagréable. De plus il n'y a pas d'accueil dans l'hôtel, Il faut aller chercher les clés à 1.2km de l'hôtel. Le problème aucun message d'avertissement pour nous informer que les ne sont pas sur place. Donc une fois arrivé devant l'hôtel j'appelle Le monsieur a l'accueil,me répond et me dit Il faut venir chercher les clés à 1.2km. Je lui ai dit que c'était pas normal. Il me répond froidement " IL FALLAIT APPELÉ AVANT" je lui ai répondu Que c'était le seul hôtel de ma vie, pour lequel il fallait appeler avant d'arriver pour être informé que les clés étaient à 1 km. Aucune excuse,très méchant.A l'accueil

Très beau cadre, résidence agréable et calme, appartement confortable! Le problème est d'aller chercher les clés à 15 minutes à pied(GPS conseillé), le parking est au même endroit que les clés et il coûte 20 euros par nuit! Il serait bon de le préciser dans l'annonce hôtel.com! heureusement il y a un parking public à côté de la résidence mais payant! Pour le prix l'appartement est correct! Nous avons passé un bon séjour!

À fuir !

Arrivé sur place, c'est fermé. On appelle, là on apprend que les clés sont à retirer à l'hôtel à 1 km de là "vous avez dû recevoir cette information dans la confirmation " . Non pas du tout. Dans l'annonce il y a parking, super intéressant au coeur de la ville. Mais c'est faux ! Mensonge. Et le prix des places dans la rue est hyper cher. La chambre est vielle, pas super. Pas hyper propre. À 23h, odeur de clope...! Venant du couloir, des voisins ? On ne sait pas. Bruyant : nous avons bien entendu tout ce qui se passait dans les toilettes des voisins. Et la télé ! Un petit écran d'ordinateur relié à un décodeur tnt qui nous offre 5 chaînes. Oui 5 chaînes de télé en 2018, dont la chaine parlementaire.

Une expérience à ne pas retenter

Je ne recommande cette adresse à personne Pour rien au monde . C’est appartement est très sale et la chambre laisse à désirer. C’est la pire expérience que j’ai eu sur Hotel.com. L’adresse ne correspond pas ou il faut récupérer les clés. Une expérience étrange. Un lit sans les draps qui ne correspondait pas au matelas. Pas de papier toilette. Le sol du lit a l’avant horrible . Beaucoup de poussières et un micro onde pas nettoyer alors que nous ne l’avons même pas utiliser.
