The space
Ideally located in the hyper-centre, this unrenovated T1 on the ground floor of a typical antique brick building, between the Capitolio and the Place de la Daurade.

Overlooking courtyard, the apartment is very quiet but quite dark.

Stay at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment of character designed to offer you a beautiful experience:

One open kitchenette completely equipped with:
- dishes and kitchen utensils,
- a fridge,
- induction plates,
- a microwave oven,
- a Nespresso coffee maker,
- a water boiler,
- a toaster,

a cozy living & night area with:
- a mezzanine bed in 140, memory mattress (maximum weight 150kg).
- a TV with access to AndroidTV (Netflix, Molotov TV...)
- a furnished workspace,

A functional bathroom with:
- a shower tray,
- a vanity,
- toilet,

Linens and towels are provided.
High speed Wifi is accessible throughout the studio (not very fast).
The apartment has time defects (partial renovation), it is also located at the back of the courtyard with low bright exposure and one-time noise pollution is possible (air extractor). Due to its location, the Wifi and 4G reception is bad in the apartment.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire place for the duration of their stay.

To allow you to start your stay well, we will provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...).

In this time of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in the use of energy and we remind our passengers that the temperature of heaters is limited in France, by law (article R241-26 of the Energy Code), to 19°. Consequently, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the housing.
