Chateau Flotis

Located 20 minutes from Toulouse and Montauban, and less than 1 hour from Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Château Flotis is situated in the village of Castelnau-d’Estrétefonds, in the heart of the Fronton wine-growing region.

A historic wine estate, the property is a magnificent farmhouse built of regional brick and stone, covering approximately 1,000 m², and was constructed at the end of the 18th century.
The gîte is located in the left wing of the château.

Accommodation for up to 8 guests in 130 m² of fully renovated and independent living space.

The accommodation

In the heart of our vineyard estate, surrounded by vines where you can enjoy walks or mountain bike rides.
Located in the left wing of the château, the gîte is attached to the hosts’ house but is completely independent.

Surrounded by vineyards, fields, and woodland, the property also benefits from a nearby equestrian center whose horses graze just a few dozen meters away.

The shared garden is landscaped and forms the inner courtyard of Château Flotis, where you can relax on sun loungers or benches, or enjoy a game of pétanque.
On the other side, a covered terrace with a large table and chairs is available for outdoor dining and includes a gas barbecue/plancha.

The accommodation offers 130 m² over 2 floors.

Ground floor:
Open-plan kitchen and living room equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner induction hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, etc.
“Si Noire” air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 bunk bed (2 beds 90x200 suitable for children up to 14 years old)
Bathroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc.

The entire gîte is air-conditioned.
Bed linen is included in the rental price.
Free Wi-Fi available.
The gîte is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning must be carried out by guests before departure.

We can also organize vineyard tours and wine tastings of our wines.
