Located on the ground floor of a villa in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this 60-square-meter apartment offers a pleasant and comfortable setting for a stay with family or friends, accommodating up to 4 people.

Enjoy its private furnished terrace, which is not overlooked, as well as the shared pool with the apartment located upstairs.

The apartment consists of:

- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, Wi-Fi,

- shared pool with the occupants of the villa’s first floor.

The apartment offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mount Faron, with no overlooking neighbors, in a quiet and relaxing setting.

Parking is easy and free in the cul-de-sac located at the bottom of the house.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.
