"This is the second time we stayed at Chaiin. Staff was friendly and responded promptly to my comment for a luggage stand. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Dongmen fresh market selling produces, meat, seafood, and takeaway foods, and cheap clothing is just a short walk behind the hotel. I counted about ten banking institutions along Xinyi Road. There are red and orange MRT lines at the Dongmen station. The double room is cramped if you travel with three pieces of luggage. "

"Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "

"Amazing staff, the laundry for free was genius!!! Big room, great location and very friendly receptionists. Breakfast was disappointing and did not have enough variety (for westerns), although clean. Will definitely come back again to this hotel!"
