"The hotel is in a great location, right next to Polynesian Spa and Government Gardens. It’s also walkable to Pak’nSave, McDonald’s, restaurants, and a large shopping centre, making it very convenient. The hotel is nice and spacious, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. A few small issues though: the Wi-Fi was quite unstable and kept cutting out. The phone-to-TV mirroring didn’t work. The mini fridge had milk instead of water, and the indoor pool was a bit cold. The shower also had very low water pressure, making it hard to get warm, especially in winter. It would have been handy to have a place to hang wet swimsuits in the bathroom. Parking is limited, though there’s extra space down the road. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the location and staff"

"I like the atmosphere of the motel(overall design).The room was clean with comfortable bed. Big buthtub made us warm and release from tiredness. Most of hotels choose amenity made in China but this motel sticks to New Zealand made. It is important. The lady at the reception was pleasant. "

"The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The Japanese-made air conditioner was high-performance and easy to use. The only negative point was that the Wi-Fi connected, yet it showed ' Wi-Fi not connected to the internet' from the 2nd day. That was a little inconvenient. "
