「This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.」

「David was an exceptional host - kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was spotless, modern, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the heat wave. Despite being close to the airport, we barely noticed any plane noise. David also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!」

「My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends...

「Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. 「We had a short stay with a large family group. The house was an old, fascinating building-but clean and functional.. Definitely good for groups who need some space to spread out. We enjoyed the garden terraces and the hot tub in the lovely spring weather. The location is close to the sights of downtown Roma, but removed enough to provide a peaceful respite after sightseeing.」

「Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.」

「Very clean and accurate description. We really enjoyed our stay. The train station is a 15 to 20 min walk and takes you to Central Rome station in less than 30 min. Host was excellent in communication and the property was clean and beautiful. All necessities were provided and even some more. Kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you :) 」
