Exclusive 2 bedrooms apartment side sea view

This large two-bedrooms apartment with side  sea views offers air-conditioning, private parking and fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel right at home. It has a spacious living area with satellite TV. The modern kitchen includes an oven, ceramic  hob and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment has  direct  access to the complex´s underground parking. Parking is free and Wi-Fi is available.

The rooms are bright and modern design for your maximum comfort. This apartment  has a double bed and a twin bed and a  magnificent views to the Mediterranean Sea and to Torrox Costa or Nerja , depending  its situation in the Complex.

Dining table sets, Table and chairs on terrace  for relaxation. The photos of the type of room selected of our apartment complex may vary with regard to layout, views and decoration.

In the apartment you have total privacy, quiet and secured, gated with own gated remote to access. Just 5 to 10 minutes on walk are beach restaurants and bars or 5 minutes drive to the main towns center, Torrox Costa,  and  Nerja

The complex where it is situated this 2 bedrooms apartment  has got  several  outdoor swimming pools with sun-loungers and sunshade  to relax. If you love to enjoy nature, like to relax on the most beautiful and peaceful landscaped environments or enjoy playing  golf,  this is  a great place  where you will come in contact with nature.

From the apartment you can visit all interesting tourist places easily.  Perfect for guest who are looking for a tranquil with an  amazing  views to the Mediterranean Sea and to Torrox Costa or Nerja villages .

Die Einrichtung ist nicht der Hit. Mehrmals kein Warmwasser. Am drittletzten Tag war der Boiler kaputt. In den Schlafräumen hat es keine Bettdecken, nur ein Laken. Trotz Heizung habe ich gefroren. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

Helpful host & reception. The apartment was superb, clean with all the amenities you needed if you were preparing a meal. On this piint, a welcome pack could be offered at a supplement. On arrival most will not know where to shop so coffee/tea, bread/butter, simple pack of ham or cheese, milk & sugar. Would be well received. Also the apartment didn’t have salt pepper etc, maybe little sachets could be offered in the welcome pack. We totally enjoyed our stay & would go back.

Onderhoud kan beter

Verblijf was prima, alleen appartement zou beter onderhouden moeten worden. Bij aankomst bleken een aantal zaken ( verstopte afvoer, kapotte douchekoppen) niet naar behoren te werken. Wordt wel snel opgelost maar is geen goede start van vakantie. Balkon afgebeeld op foto hadden wij niet, wij hadden een kleiner balkon. Auto paste niet op parkeerplek horend bij appartement, alle parkeerplekken zijn erg smal. Gelukkig zijn er op straat voldoende Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad, met een paar kanttekeningen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super alles war vorhanden. Vielleicht sollte mal der Toaster ausgetauscht werden, eine Plastikbombe da wäre etwas mehr Qualität wünschenswert. Hervorzuheben ist der Ausblick auf das Meer vom tollen großen Balkon und das ein Garagenstellplatz vorhanden ist.

Excelente opción si vas con coche. Nos dieron un dpto con vista frontal al mar lo cual estuvo genial. El único inconveniente fue que la maquina secadora de ropa manchaba las prendas con lo que parecía ser oxido del tambor. Deberian reemplazarla

Ruhige und komfortable FeWo. Mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Alle 4 Tage wurde gereinigt und Wäsche gewechselt.

Fantastic Views

Lovely clean apartment with fantastic views. However apart from the beach restaurants there aren't many other facilities nearby like newsagents or supermarkets within walking distance.

Amazing View

We had an amazing view from our large terrace. The beds were comfortable, but the living room furniture was a little tired. The reception staff were incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. You will need a car to get to shopping and restaurants and it should be a small car to fit in the parking space, but we were glad to have parking in our gated community. A short walk to the nearest beach, and a short drive to either Nerja or Torrox Costa.

Wohnen mit unverbautem Blick übers Meer und dem Duft der Gräser und Kräuter am Abend

Hier wohnt man für die Urlaubszeit wirklich gut, auch wenn die über 10 Jahre Betriebszeit nicht unbemerkt bleiben. Der Komplex ist absolut empfehlenswert von der Lage, der Ruhe der Sauberkeit und vieles mehr. Es gab nur Zwei Dinge die uns wirklich gestört haben: 1. keine Liegen an den Pools mehr (in den Jahren zuvor noch vorhanden) 2. Internet, welches den heutigen Bedürfnissen an Geschwindigkeit und Performance nicht gerecht wird. Ansonsten für alle Menschen die es ruhig lieben genau das Richtige. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Buen apartamento, ubicación complicada.

El apartamento es amplio y la terraza estupenda y muy grandes aunque pega el sol desde primera hora y sólo se puede estar por la tarde noche. Se recomienda que pongan un toldo. La urbanización es un lío. Solo encontramos una piscina y hay que hacer una gincana para llegar. Además, está ubicada en una montaña con cuestas que no invitan q salir sino es con coche. Esta también muy alejado de cualquier sitio, un bar, una pequeña tienda… En Torrox cerca del paseo de encuentran apartamentos por la mitad de precio con todos los servicios y la playa al lado.
