The property was very clean, spacious, quiet and cozy bedrooms. Laundry was very convenient for my group after hiking. Everyone was happy to stay. I recommend this property to a big group like mine.

I recently spent some time at this place and highly recommend it to everyone! The space is very spacious, making it incredibly comfortable. The facilities are well-equipped, catering to both leisure and work needs. Additionally, the entire area is kept very clean, which gives a sense of security. Overall, it's an ideal choice, and I would definitely visit again!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in the heart of Capitol Reef. A short drive out of the park, this home is an oasis. We only booked for 1 night but after arriving we wish we would have booked extra time here. Lovely home.

Family Getaway

The property is beautiful with plenty of room for family's to meet up for a weekend getaway. The property had all the needed items in the kitchen, bathroom and elsewhere. Very clean and tidy. Close to the National Park, which makes it very convenient for those outdoorsy people! I suggest going to the orchard to pick your own apples, have a picnic lunch and then buy homemade pies. Would definitely stay there again.

not what i expected

This is an awesome place! Quiet, comfortable and clean. We spent a long weekend touring (motorcycles) the area. It was so nice to come "home" and relax. We can't wait to come back.

Great Value

We recently stayed one night with our family of 5 and were blown away by the amount of space the house afforded with both upstairs/downstairs accomodations. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. There were nice touches including blankets in baskets in the living room and guidebooks to local attractions.

Everything we could have asked for!

What a great setup. We had both the up and downstairs and couldn't have been happier. There were pack and plays on both floors for kids and each floor had a washer and dryer. This was a great option for 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 8. Torrey was just down the road and Capitol Reef wasn't much further.

Charming, Spacious, and Clean

This place is incredible! We loved being able to stay here. It was extremely clean, and had a nice big kitchen we could host my sister's family for dinner. The stargazing is incredible from this location! Bedrooms are large! It has everything you'd ever need, even white noise machines. The host has thought of everything! I would love to come back again!
