Rent a fantastic apartment in Torrevieja right on the Playa Cura boardwalk in central Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Alicante Province. This sunny, attractive 4-bed apartment has been completely renovated to a high Swedish standard, featuring Swedish beds (Ekens), and is fully equipped for a family or one or two couples on vacation.
The apartment features an open floor plan with a kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, and microwave), a living room with a 65" TV, and large panoramic windows overlooking the sea. Large balcony with unobstructed ocean views.

There are 4 comfortable beach chairs available, as well as space to hang laundry and store bags. There is also a cooler; ice cubes are available in the freezer.
In Bedroom 1, there is a closet with cleaning supplies.
There are 3 AC units that can also be used as heaters. Please note that Spain is seeking to reduce its reliance on electricity due to the current energy crisis; therefore, we ask that you keep windows and doors closed when using the AC.
All amenities, including AC and 600/600 fiber internet with Wi-Fi, a 65" TV with Netflix and channels in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, and English. The apartment is also equipped with an alarm system. In addition to access to the beautifully decorated apartment, there is a fantastic private balcony with an incredible view of the sea, the city, and the boardwalk.
Just outside the front door, a few steps away, you’ll find the lovely Playa Cura beach and the boardwalk that stretches all the way to downtown and the harbor. There’s no road between the apartment and the beach. Right outside the front door, you’ll also find plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants serving both Spanish and international cuisine.
Within walking distance, you’ll find several large grocery stores, pharmacies, and other amenities.
A private, alarmed, and locked garage is available for an additional 80 euros per stay; please request this when booking.
Bed linens, towels, and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not included; please bring your own.
Electricity is included at a rate of 20 kWh per day.
English- and Spanish-speaking key services are available on-site.
A rental license is in effect; a sign is posted outside the door.
