After ascending the stairs and entering through the front door, you step into a bright and spacious dining and living area. Living room and dining area Living Area Bright and welcoming space with storage for shoes and clothes. A dining table for four sits to the right, while the living room features a cozy sofa, TV, coffee table, and air conditioning. Shelves are stocked with books in Finnish and English for your enjoyment. Kitchen & Laundry Connected to the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule and regular coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essentials for cooking at home. The adjacent laundry room has a new washing machine, ironing board, and clothes hanger. Bathroom Accessible from the living room, the bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, and hair dryer. Bedroom The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe, sea views, and an air conditioning unit. The second bedroom currently serves as a simple lounge area. Balcony & Rooftop Step out from the living room onto a balcony with views of the pool and Playa de los Locos, lined with palm trees. Enjoy a coffee corner with two chairs and a small table. Enter the apartment through the shared entrance and staircase in the complex. Once inside, you will have private access to the apartment. We will reply to all messages within 24 hours and in case of an emergency, our phone number is available on the property The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the building, which does not have an elevator or handicapped ramp, so stairs are the only way up. Access to the rooftop terrace also requires the use of stairs. Just below the balcony, you'll find the community pool with a lovely view, but keep in mind that the sounds of people, children, and splashing water may be heard while on the balcony or rooftop terrace The parking space assigned to the apartment is 218 cm wide, 490 cm long, and approximately 2 meters high. The bedroom bed width 140cm. The apartment has two AIR conditioner units - one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. PLEASE NOTE that we can only facilitate check-in after 11:00 PM if the delay is caused by unforeseen events in your travel plans and you keep us actively informed about the changes. In this case, the late check-in fee can be up to 45€. We do leave a 15-minute courtesy window, during which you can still check in for free. If you are 16-60 minutes late, you will be charged 30€. If you are 61-120 minutes late, the fee will be 45€. We DO NOT facilitate check-in between 1:00 AM-8 AM!
