This holiday home has 3 bedrooms: one on the main floor with a double bed and two on the lower floor, one with two single beds and another with one single bed. It features two bathrooms with bathtubs (one per floor), a living room with air conditioning, TV, WiFi, and dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware.

The house has direct access to the sandy beach, only 50 meters away via the backyard, which includes an outdoor kitchen and shower for after the sea. It also offers terraces on the main, front, and back floors, and a solarium with sea views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets.

All services are 5 minutes by car, and the seafront bars and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk. Location is ideal: 45 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports, and 5 golf courses within 15-30 minutes.
