This charming apartment with panoramic sea views is located in Torre la Mata, on the outskirts of the town of Torrevieja.



This area on the Costa Blanca offers one of the healthiest climates in the world, making it a popular vacation spot. The accommodation has 3 communal outdoor pools and here you can spend relaxing hours in the sun and having a refreshing swim. If you like swimming in the sea, the beach is only 100m away from the apartment. The apartment also has a nice balcony where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner, an awning provides shade. There are infrared heaters in each bedroom.



If you do not feel like cooking, you will find local restaurants within walking distance from the accommodation. Torrevieja city center is just 3.0 km away and has many attractions such as the promenade, the port and a 2 km long pier. The restaurants and cafes are also recommended.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the rental experience of this apartment. The listing did not mention any extra fees, but upon arrival we were informed that we had to pay separately for cleaning, electricity, and additional towels, all in cash. We tried to resolve the issue with the owner, who stated that without payment we could not receive the keys. Novasol confirmed that this is standard procedure, but the fees were high and unexpected, making the experience stressful for my wife and me. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, but the lack of transparency regarding extra fees significantly impacted our stay. I recommend checking all details carefully before booking to avoid unpleasant surprises.
