O hotel é muito bom, mas o expedia deveria comunicar as pessoas que irão alugar, que o hotel possui apenas 4 vagas de garagem... o estacionamento ao redor é muito difícil de conseguir pois é na beira da praia.

Adorei o quarto, café da manhã simples mas feito com carinho tudo novinho, pessoal da recepção muito simpáticos, pedi emprestado as cadeiras de praias depois que saí do hotel para ficar na praia em frente prontamente eles me emprestaram confiando em nós isso não tem preço. Com certeza voltaremos.

Não saber tratar com pessoas, péssimo tratamento!

Na chegada fomos bem recepcionados, o quarto que havíamos reservado não estava disponível , pois estava com uma infiltração, tivemos que ficar em outro quarto. Pela manhã fomos tomar café da manhã, só tinha pão, café , mantega e fruta. Não havia queijo , presunto ou nada parecido. Não gostamos. Meu esposo foi trabalhar pela manhã, fiquei no hotel aguardando ele retornar, as 11:45 uma funcionária foi até o quarto perguntando se eu sabia a hora do checkout, respondi que sim, meio dia, porém estava aguardo ele retornar do atendimento, para me buscar, já estava com as malas arrumadas. 12:15h, a funcionária foi até o quarto novamente, então respondi que estava no aguardo dele, que havia me informado que em no máximo 10 minutos chegaria. Ela me falou que eu não poderia ficar no quarto, perguntei se eu teria que ficar na rua com as malas até ele chegar? Ela respondeu que poderia ficar na recepção. Tive que sair do quarto em uma situação bem constrangedora, com as malas jogadas na portaria, porque não poderia ficar mais alguns minutos aguardo no quarto meu esposo. Ele chegou em 7 minutos, achei bem desnecessário a atitude do hotel, até porque não havia hóspedes no hotel, não tinha a necessidade de agir desta forma com um hóspede que estava só aguardando alguns minutos para ir embora. Não recomento do hotel, não sabem tratar com pessoas!
