Early closure of reception without adequate notice

I've stayed here before without any issues. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for my last visit. The hotel states that the reception closes at midnight - if you're going to be later to contact them for the code to get the keys. This has worked well for me in the past when I've had a late flight . On this occasion my flight arrived at Malaga about 7.45pm so I knew I would make it to reception with plenty of time. I arrived at the hotel at around 8.30pm. The front door was locked but I was soon greeted by a rude overweight grumpy gentleman ranting on to me that reception was closed. I was in no mood for a confrontation about their reception times so gratefully accepted my room keys and went up to my room . Later that evening I logged into my emails and discovered an email sent that day at 3pm from the hotel telling me the reception would close at 8pm instead of midnight . My issue with this is, if you're on a flight you're not going to have access to your emails or you might be someone that doesnt have access to the internet whilst travelling. It is unacceptable to change your reception opening times at such short notice. I appreciate someone was there to let me in but it was clear to me the attitude of the staff member was hostile & rude because he thought I was in the wrong. This adds insult to injury. Also, the tv didnt work, cold shower & there was smoke coming from another room which was unpleasant for a non smoker. Went down to reception to report but no one there.

El estado de las habitaciones es totalmente distinto al de las fotos,la habitación para pareja es enana, apenas teniamos sitio para dejar las maletas y movernos por la habitación, el baño estaba en estado regular, las perchas del “mueble” estaban llenas de telarañas y polvo. En la habitación hace incluso más calor que en el resto del edificio y todo huele a humedad. Al menos las chicas son amables, pero no merece nada la pena el precio. Literalmente en la habitación donde nos quedamos yo no pagaría mas de 5€ la noche.

Todella mukava henkilökunta! Sisään- ja ulkoskirjautuminen sujui ongelmitta. Sisäänkirjautuessa pyydettiin jättämään 30€ käteispantti. Paljon nuoria ja bilettäviä asiakkaita, joten jos olet melulle herkkä en ehkä voi suositella, mutta huoneet ja wc:t olivat siistit. Suihkun kunto oli hieman huono.

They are cheaters

At the check in the guy at reception asked me if I was a smoker. I said yes and then he said me it was not allowed to smoke anywhere and if my room was smelling like tobacco I would pay 20 euros. After paying a deposit of 30 euros I went to my room. There was no lift and the stairs were narrow and without anything to suport. My room was very small and dark, really disgusting. At the check out a girl who was at reception said my room was smelling like tobacco and she would charge me 30 euros for that. She lied and increased the penalty. It's was a trick to steal my money. I'm sure they have anothers trick to keep the deposit of the gests. I stayed there for 2 days and I payed the price of a good hotel to stay in a very bad one

Buena relación calidad-precio. Nos quedamos solo una noche porque cogíamos un vuelo a la mañana siguiente. Muy cerca del aeropuerto (12 min aprox). Personal agradable.Mi experiencia fue buena pero solo lo aconsejaría como lugar de paso, no para largas estancias.

No pudimos descansar por las noches ni mi hijo ni yo. Además de lo que comentan en la pagina no es correcto en limpia, desayunos, etc... Un desastre en general, la próxima reserva la realizare en otra pagina ya que ustedes no cumple en lo indicado según reservas...
