"The house was as pictured. The neighborhood is a little out of the way (between to tiny fishing towns). There are great local fresh seafood restaurants and pastry shops but you must drive everywhere from the house. The beach is huge and beautiful and a short drive from the house. "

"The staff was wonderfully polite and helpful. The place is very good localized. Aveiro is a great historical place."

"We were in town for a cousin's wedding and this house was perfect. It felt like home. The family had a great time. Lots of space both indoors and outside. Also, perfectly situated - less than 15min to Torreira (beach) and the same to most of the neighboring towns. Looking forward to going again next year."

"We stayed at the house for one week. We found the home to be clean and perfect for our family. The house was spacious and we enjoyed the location as it was close to Aveiro and beaches. There is a cafe within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Our host was welcoming and friendly. It was a great value for the money. "

"Casa S. Martinho Review Casa S. Martinho is a unique place where the tradition of Portuguese mansions and their stories is housed. The living presence of family stories preserved through the beauty of the furniture and the predominance of authentic decorative objects transports us back in time. All of this is surrounded by a garden of intense green, colorful and scented with different types of flowers in a serene landscape atmosphere. Congratulations for going beyond being an excellent host...
