"This is a small town in Italy away from everything. 4 hours and 2 trains from Rome. This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. They have no fast food chains in this town of about 12,000 but it is a slice of Italy that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years. The accommodations were very good but there is no staff onsite. "A very nice hotel with all the basics. Comfortable beds and the bathrooms are updated and modern. Parking needs to be directlyin frontifthe hotel due to car thefts, but we did not feel unsafe even when returning from a wedding at 2am. Proximity to train station makes this hotel very convenient"
