Fabulous hotel! Get the suite! Historical & luxurious. The staff is amazing and the food in the restaurant is fantastic and the views are stellar. Adrian is at the front desk to check you in and see to your every wish! Do not miss this experience.

Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The first room they put us in - faced the inside of the hotel - so no outside view. We talked it over and they were happy to accommodate putting us in a room with natural light. They have a 24 hour coffee/snack bar that is included with price of the stay…they even serve hot foods and a variety of drinks to include beer and wine. The hotel is very clean. While we didn’t eat dinner there - we did have the breakfast buffet - also included in the price…and they make tacos to order. Make sure you always have Pesos on you - b/c tipping for all the services they provide is the right thing to do! The location of the hotel is also right by all the cathedrals and in the town square…hearing the belles was actually quite soothing. Some say it might be too loud - but we didn’t have any issues and our room faced a Main Street. We would definitely go back!
