Our Anderson Street holiday home has six bedrooms and two bathrooms, accomodating up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults). Four of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the other two have bunks. There are also two fantastic living areas; one downstairs, and one upstairs with views of the water and glass sliding doors leading to the outside balcony. Both living rooms have large wall mounted flat screen smart TV’s.
All of our properties are designed and planned with families in mind, and are fully self-contained with a laundry (including washer and dryer), a full sized well-equipped kitchen downstairs, a kitchenette upstairs with full size fridge, and private outdoor BBQ area. This property also has free WI-FI and all linen and towels are provided. With ducted heating throughout, this property is perfect for year round stays.

The Space:

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, outdoor entertaining areas and parking spaces for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Torquay Front Beach is approximately a 5–7 minute walk away.
Local cafés, restaurants and shops along Gilbert Street and The Esplanade are also within easy walking distance — generally around 5 minutes on foot.
The property is close to Torquay’s main town centre, so guests can comfortably leave the car behind for beach days, coffee runs and dining out.
Getting Around:
Guests can catch local buses from nearby stops around Torquay township, including stops close to Anderson Street such as Pearl St/Boston Rd.
Buses run between Torquay and Geelong regularly, with the trip typically taking around 35–45 minutes depending on traffic and the service.
In Geelong, guests can connect to V/Line trains from Geelong Railway Station for travel into Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Torquay itself is located approximately 21km south of Geelong.
