The agent was quite rude when we reported an issue with the toilet which wasn't filling the ball. We said it may have been our kids that switched a power point, but it wasn't as we turned it back on. He kept saying it need to check if the kids broken it, after we just checked in. I felt very threatened. Half of the stay we couldnt use one of the toilets.
