  • About This Space

    Located in old Torquay, just a two-minute walk to Torquay Front Beach, shops and restaurants, this spacious five-bedroom home sleeps up to 14 guests. With multiple living zones, a separate studio, and ample off-street parking, it’s ideal for families or groups wanting space and a central coastal location.

    THE Space

    Sleeping & Bathrooms
    The main house includes four bedrooms:

    -Bedroom 1: King master with ensuite and walk-in robe
    -Bedroom 2: Queen bed
    -Bedroom 3: Queen bed
    -Bedroom 4: Bunk room with four king single beds

    The separate studio apartment serves as the fifth bedroom and includes a queen bed, bathroom, lounge area, kitchenette, and an additional sofa bed available on request.

    Living & Entertaining

    Upstairs features a generous living area with balcony and ocean glimpses, suited to relaxed mornings together. Downstairs offers a second living room ideal for movie nights, along with a dining space connected to the main kitchen. A second kitchen and dining area allows larger groups to spread out comfortably.

    Kitchen

    The main house includes a fully equipped kitchen, with an additional kitchen in the downstairs entertaining area and a kitchenette in the studio.

    Outdoors

    A peaceful garden and deck connect the main house and studio, with a covered BBQ area suitable for group meals.
    Location

    Positioned in old Torquay, the home is two minutes’ walk to Torquay Front Beach and local cafés, shops and restaurants. Torquay Surf Beach is approximately 800 metres away, with Surf City Plaza and factory outlets also within walking distance.

Best location

This property was only a minute walk from all the shops, coffee and beach! We loved it. The house was clean, the heating worked so well, beds were comfy and we didn’t need to use our cars once.

An amazing house and garden!! Just needs some more outdoor seating. The spaces are fabulous You can find a quiet space on your own and there are so many different spaces for large groups.We adored our stay and will be back!!

Nice weekend away

Great property with multiple living, cooking and sleeping zones. Which was very handy when you have kids requiring naps during the day. The only call out is a lack of chopping boards as we could only find one small board.

Location was perfect as was the gardens and outdoor eating areas. The beds were comfortable dressed with good linen. Perhaps because of frequent trips with this group and the fact that we paid premium price for the accommodation we thought a lot more could be done to warrant such high prices. For example scant supplies or no pepper salt oil foil and other such staples you would expect. There were no tissues and bathroom products meagre gor so many people

Great property in a very central location.

This property was clean and spacious with different areas to sit depending on the time of day. We sat upstairs in the morning and downstairs in the evening.

Great location and huge amount of space

This property was perfect for a large group of people. There was enough room for everyone to spread-out. The location was perfect. Walking distance to most if not all restaurants. The beach is a block away.

The holiday house was wonderful and perfect for our needs. It was clean and plenty of different living options. The house location was fantastic! Close to everything with cafes, shops and the beach just around the corner. It was all very simple and easy to work with the owners/real estate. Loved our stay and would highly recommend, definitely will come back! Thanks team!

Perfect stay

The place was perfect for what we were lookibg for. There were a couple of thing that weren't organised, like there was a fire but nothing to chop the wood, no guard or anything to start it. The heaters in the rooms wouldn't switch on! Other than that though we had a wonderful time and the company who looked after us were exceptional!
