The ground floor of this multi-level home welcomes you with a bright and airy sunroom, offering seamless access to the expansive backyard. This level also features a comfortable Queen bedroom and a recently renovated bathroom. For those needing a dedicated workspace, there's a functional area equipped with a sofa bed. There is also a washing machine and dryer in a fully renovated laundry for your convenience.
