Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Chelsea Hotel. Room was comfortable, modern, clean (except for hair in the bathroom sink). Great amenities - food, shops - all in walking distance. I was so grateful to get an early check in because we needed it and they were able to accommodate us.

I stayed 3 evenings on a business trip. The facility is large with several amenities. The downside is that the room are very dated and heating/cooling is terrible. I contacted maintenance as the heater in my room was not functioning. The thermostat did not work, it was either full heat or nothing. ...
