Cheap price always has a reason.
1st day: When we arrived the first thing we noticed before we even checked in a guest was complaining there was no running water? The elevator door was broken and the door didn’t close automatically and some resident closed by hand. No water for toilet,shower etc.
2nd day: 36 hours later the water was fixed but only cold water so we couldn’t take a shower. We complained to the front desk and asked for refund as another guest was also complaining about no hot water. To our surprise the hotel gave us a misplaced anger and put the blame on the building?
3rd day: We noticed the housekeepers did not change our sheets They only simply made our bed and cleaned the room. It’s Sep12 and got cold, we tried to turn on the heater but it didn’t work then complained the desk. The hotel brought us an old space heater which is also can be a fire hazard that was to stinky to use. At this time we also noticed a stray hair on one of the towels and on the bathroom floor.
4th day: No heater still.
5th day: Gave up
6th day: check-out they refunded only 20% off the first night. We cant recommend this hotel anyone. 私達が不運だったのかもしれませんが、 皆さま覚悟してお泊りください!まだそんなに寒くなかったので大丈夫でしたが、冬場は辛いかもしれません。日本人は我慢強いので耐えられましたが、アメリカ人の夫は憤慨しておりました。
