The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. you can go to the close-by grocery store and cook yourself a fresh meal.

There is one bathroom that features a tub. Bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries, a hairdryer, and extra towels.

There is also a washer and dryer in-suite, as well as detergent, for you to use.
High-speed Internet, Wifi, Netflix, ad many more are included.

As per Security/Anti Fraud measures, all guests must provide us a selfie with one Government Identification 24 hours prior to check-in. In addition, due to insurance and liability reasons, we can only release the keys to the main reservation holder upon arrival. Third-party reservations are strictly forbidden unless mentioned at the time of booking or booking is made for an employee by the employer. Thank you.


**There is an early check-in fee of $40.00 subject to availability.**

**There is a late check-out fee of $40.00 subject to availability. Our regular check-out time is 11.00 a.m. and the late check-out fees are till 1.00 p.m.**

1. Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. All additional people must be approved prior to visiting.

This is a residential condo and no excessive noise is permitted in the building. Security will come and remove you from the unit if any social gathering is scheduled. Your booking fees will not be refunded and all your security deposits will not be returned. ****DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM FOR ANY SOCIAL GATHERING OR PARTY. There will be surveillance cameras right outside the unit. We will know if any social gathering is booked. (Fine $500)****

2. Absolutely no smoking inside under any circumstances. Smoking of any kind inside the unit will incur extra $300 cleaning fees. The penalty for a false alarm is up to $10,000.- by the Toronto Fire Department and we will comply with them and give your details. Cigarette butt damage on the hardwood floor will incur a minimum $1000 penalty.*

3. No loud music or noise that would disturb the neighbors • Quiet hours are between 10 pm-8 am.

4. Do not use any towels to remove makeup. Any stained towels will be charged to you after your stay.

5. Not following these rules could result in eviction without any refund.

6. Never speak with security/concierge, any problems we will take care of you.

7. No yelling in the hallways or excessive noise inside the unit.


8. ****Check-out time is strictly before 11 AM, Please leave the key in the kitchen top drawer and the door “Closed” and unlocked.
