The room is super dirty, the housekeeping are not cleaning the room, they’re just changing the towels the floor is super dirty

La chambre était grande et équipé. La seule chose que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est qu'il y avait des cheveux, autres que les miens dans les draps et sur les oreillers. Le paume de la douche ne fonxtionnait pas très bien car il coulait de partout (comme s'il n'était pas bien visé. Etle plafond de la douche écaillé.

The location is perfect. They should be company of their word was told numerous times that l would be changing rooms and never happen. Some staff have manners and willing to assist you some got some that just dont wanna be three attitude but its a job. Overall, its a nice place to be there for a newly open hotel.

Great staff. Met the property manager who was very nice greeting us. Lots of food options around the facility all within walking distance.

Stay away! Room dirty, poor cleaning, bathroom with previous guest’s fluids in the toilet, A/C did not work properly (did not cool at all). Garbage bags in the corridors…. the list goes on and on…. I usually do not leave reviews. I also thought the previous guests were exaggerating on their reviews. I had to learn the hard way!

Terrible Stay – Never Coming Back I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. The AC didn’t work at all, making the room hot and uncomfortable. The room, bathroom, and bedrooms were clearly not cleaned or properly maintained before our arrival. To make things even worse, we found a blanket with blood stains on it — completely unacceptable and unhygienic. This place clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or guest comfort. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

The room was dirty. Found pink mold in the bathroom. Floor felt like i was walking on sand and some parts were sticky. Cleanliness of room was terrible. Smelled very moldy and dry when walked in room. Night Person at counter was rude and did not look up at us once. No welcome at all. I had to initiate the conversation. Check in with my family of 6 but left next day because being very uncomfortable with the rooms condition

No fitted sheet for the sofa bed, and no control panel for the a/c. Was offered a fitted sheet tomorrow morning.. i was checking out tomorrow morning so that doesn't do me any good. Was then offered a "dirty sheet" as the clean ones wouldn't be available until tomorrow. Enough said.

This place is an infested rat hole and should be avoided at all costs. I was moved between several rooms due to issues and in the end opted to just leave as I was disgusted at the condition of the rooms.

We had no towels and face clothes the first night I asked for towels they said laundry wasn’t done and had none so I asked them I have 3 people that needed showers so I asked the person to go into rooms that weren’t rented, so I was able to get 3 mini towels The next day I asked again and they gave me 3 towels no face clothes then the next day I got everything and when we got back from our outing all the shampoos were gone 😡 So my wife said forget it we will just do without so we did There was a chocolate turtle in front of the elevator for our 3 days we stayed and I told the staff everyday and was still there at checkout I was very disappointed in our stay we will never go back there again It was $500+ that I wished I didn’t spend there But it is what it is I guess

The room was not clean. Hair and stains all over the sofabed. Had to sleep 3 adults in a queen bed as we had 5 guests. They rationed towels. Would not give us the amount asked for. Could not give us a new room. Did not deliver clean bedding as promised. Big bug found in room. Bathroom in need of repairs. Toilet kept running. Stairwells and elevators dirty with garbage and debris from construction.

New hotel but feels old. Not enough parking spots. It is a long stay, has full kitchen, but no plates, cutlery, cooking tools. Room seems jammed because of the full “studio” idea. But my only concern is the lack of enough parking spots, did not need the kitchen part.

Unfriendly staff. Hygiene standards of rooms is very poor. It has everything to be decent but zero attention to customer service or healthy cleaning standards.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO EVER BOOK. DO NOT DISAPPOINT YOURSELF! They canceled my booking without sending an email or calling. So I was left stranded at 2am with nowhere to lay my head. I sent an email 3 days prior due to the fact they DO NOT answer the phone when you call. Even Expedia agents tried to call and sent emails. They are very unprofessional. No problem solving from the manager either. Won’t even come speak with you. Also the area doesn’t look safe. The people residing didn’t look safe either. I made sure to get my refund ASAP!!
