The check in process was quite easy, and well explained. The location was convenient to the Ex and Liberty Village and was very easy to get around. The two bedroom unit was veey clean and welcoming. It is starting to show some wear and tear in the bathroom, but did rhe job for the night and the price was right. Would book again.

What a great spot to stay! Super clean, and layed out perfectly. It was incredibly easy to get into the place, and just as easy out. I'll be requesting to stay there again for sure! Thanks again

Studio needs rennovation, shower head leaking, walls need to be painted, found rusty kitchen ware, I don't think bed sheets were recently washed and checking in procedure was very annoying. Pros: nice area, close to the train, had all the supplies and amenities,

Great value for downtown

We enjoyed our stay. Our unit did not have a lot of privacy with the open concept. Good location and amenities but had difficulty with parking we did not receive our garage opener and were given the wrong parking space so it was very difficult to get into the garage. Best value for 3 queen beds in downtown Toronto.

Is not a hotel. Is an apartment which serve as a vacation rental. The apartment, which is big and has balcony, is pretty and is close to entertainment area. Don’t expect staff service, nor the amenities we find in hotels

Property was as advertised - two Queen beds / one bath. High rise location with small patio with partial view. Excellent location for street cars, coffee, groceries and LCBO (Ontario Liquor). Very close to lakeside and Park areas.

It is conveniently located, and they had instructions about how to get there. Although it was unclear where the parking spot was, after a while, you'll get there. I'm just concerned about the security deposit. 10 days after I finished my stay, I still don't have it back!

Stayed for 2 night on the 7th floor. Nice balcony. Communication with the folks you book with are quite nice and quick! Well for my experience that is. I needed the smoke detected battery changed as it was beeping every 60 seconds. A 2 minute fix but took over a day or more to get fixed. They need more maintenqnce people consisering they manage a lot of rooms and or building's. Hallways had water damage and holes in the ceiling, the phootos and what you get seemed accurate as well which was good. Location wasnt horrible either.

For the price, the apartment was what i was expecting. The building was in a great location close to different transport options and close enough to most downtown attraction. However we booked this room as it said that a free parking was included. That was not the case, it was only when we got there and called to ask for the parking number that we we're told that no parking was assigned to this unit. We got sent a link to different paid parking nearby if we wanted. We also got told in a rude way that if we weren't happy woth that then that we could complain yo Expedia where we booked it.

Everything was perfect location wise and cleanliness. However, I found it particularly difficult to contact the owner whenever I needed. Messaging through Expedia, through WhatsApp, or even through text messages was not getting any response except on one occasion when I was checking out. The only way to really contact them is to call the number which for me started to work only well into the afternoon. The space was beautiful overall we enjoyed our stay but the not being able to contact them was a big problem during that.

Clean and nice room, but No assistance to get help through the parking lot or the room, spending hours to figure out the direction, I lost my phone either in the parking all the way to the room when I called the frent desk doesn’t even know how my phone looks like in case the generator find it. It’s the worst experience I had in may life still didn’t find my phone that was lost on this property

The property itself was good, comfortable space, good location, the apartment has most things we needed for two days. Some towels and the shower curtains were stained but that was tolerable. The apartment is inside a residential building and should probably be listed on Airbnb or the like. When we arrived by car at 9:45pm we had to call the agent to get access and the check-in process was not smooth, it wasn’t even clear which building the apartment was in. We were told the last person who stayed there took the garage door fob, we had to park on the street and pay for it ourselves, even though the listing advertised parking is included. The agent sent me an app by WhatsApp to look for street parking, which was very frustrating after a 10-hour drive and it was the middle of the night. There was no guidance or effort for another solution. We managed to speak to the concierge, explained the situation and they kindly let us in the garage. This is something the agent could have sorted out for us because there is in fact an assigned parking space. With all the confusion, we didn’t end up checking in until about 11:30pm. For the duration of our stay, we didn’t use the car to avoid getting stuck again. Overall, we enjoyed our two days in Toronto and consider ourselves fortunate that we had a safe place to sleep, there are worse things happening in the world. I only recommend this property to be more organized and more considerate.

The suite was very clean and tidy and I would happily stay there again. There were a couple of broken items (kettle didn't work, and a bathroom cupboard was broken and hanging off the wall unsafely) which we reported and were not fixed during our stay which was inconvenient. The check in procedure was not well communicated on the Expedia listing (it said the desk would welcome me... they did not!) I received an anonymous text requesting a deposit which I thought was spam. When I arrived on site the check in desk said I should have received instructions so I phoned around to confirm it was not spam and paid the security deposit, then checkin instructions were given. This was very scary for me as a woman, being by myself downtown checking in in the evening at one building and being told over the phone I should send money and THEN they would tell me where my apartment was. Felt very, very dodgy. This should have been communicated in writing in the Expedia listing. Because the building was very nice and the room is nice I have given a good review. But I recommend better communication in the Expedia description.

Don't believe what they say is included

We Love going to Toronto. This location was very good, but FREE ON-SITE Parking was stated on original reservation. $20 On site parking was stated on check in instructions THERE WAS NO ON-SITE parking. This was a terrible inconvenience as we had to find parking during a very busy weekend. The rates for parking were not too bad but the inconvenience was huge!
